Terms of Service

Welcome to Primit Studio ("Primit Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), available at primitstudio.com. The service is operated by Amit Singh, an individual proprietor based in India. By creating an account, or by accessing or using our website and tools (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your account

You can sign up with an email and password or through a supported third-party sign-in (such as Google). You agree to provide accurate details and to keep them up to date. You may not share your account, create accounts by automated means, or use the Service to create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. AI Coins

The Service runs on a virtual credit called "AI Coins". Each tool consumes a set number of AI Coins per run. AI Coins:

• are a limited, revocable licence to use features of the Service — they are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and have no cash value;
• are granted as a daily allowance based on your plan (guests receive a smaller daily allowance than signed-in users), and, on paid plans, may include coins that roll over up to a capped balance;
• cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed except to use the Service; and
• may expire, reset daily, or change in value or availability. We may adjust tool costs, daily allowances, and caps at any time.

Unused daily AI Coins do not carry over except where a paid plan explicitly provides rollover. Purchases and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Plans and billing

We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Max). Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. When online checkout is available, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy. We may change plan prices or features on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

Paid plans may be required to access certain "Pro" tools. Availability of specific tools may change over time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• submit other people's personal or confidential data without a lawful basis to do so;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own, or use it to build a competing product; or
• circumvent usage limits, AI Coin costs, rate limits, or security measures.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit ("Input") and for how you use the content the tools return ("Output").

6. AI output — no warranty of accuracy

Our tools use third-party artificial-intelligence models to generate Output. AI Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable, and may not be unique to you. Output is provided for your information only and is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You must review and verify Output before relying on it, and you are responsible for any use you make of it.

7. Intellectual property and content rights

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we create, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms.

As between you and us, you retain any rights you have in your Input, and, to the extent permitted by the applicable AI provider's terms, you own the Output generated from your Input. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your Input and that your Input and its use do not violate these Terms or any law. You grant us a licence to process your Input and Output as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — including AI model providers, authentication providers, hosting, database, and email providers — to function. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any Output will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amit Singh and Primit Studio from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law, the courts at [Mohali, Punjab], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
